(Cleveland, Ohio)-National Paper & Packaging announces the creation of a special retail division headed by industry veteran, Paul Gorman. The new division was formed to meet the special packaging and maintenance supply requirements of multiple location retailers across the United States.

According to Gorman, "Our goal is simple. We want to provide our customers with value added products and services in a manner that reduces the overhead expense associated with store packaging and maintenance supplies. We're focused on helping customers with form, fit and function so they have the right products in the right place at the right time."

The new division assists customers in taking a strategic approach to the management of expense items. Along with the actual packaging and maintenance supplies, National Paper & Packaging offers an array of services including; program design, inventory management, e-commerce planning, implementation and coordination of the order entry process. "The needs of each retailer are unique. We've structured our internal resources in the areas of warehousing, distribution, sales, technical support and information systems in order to provide customized programs that meet the individual needs of our customers," says Jeff Grover, Executive Vice President of National Paper & Packaging.

The origins of the retail division lie in National Paper & Packaging's extensive experience in providing custom-printed packaging to retailers. The explosive growth of the multiple location retail segment made the expansion of its products and services the next logical step. National Paper & Packaging hardware currently provides support to national corporations in the drug, office supply, home accessory, appliance, hardware and department store categories.

Gorman has been an Account Executive for National Paper for the past four years. Prior to joining National Paper, he was the Ohio District Manager of Scott Paper Co. for ten years.
